Return Policy

To return a product to BrakeBleeder, return an item in its original condition and packaging, with receipt, within 30 days of the purchase date to request a refund. Return requests must receive pre-authorization by emailing sales@brakebleeder.com. Requests for refunds will be denied if the item has been used or installed.

Refunds on accepted returns may take up to 3-7 business days. Most refunds are issued within 1 week, but that will depend on your financial institution.

 

Shipping: Phoenix Systems recommends using a carrier that provides package tracking to ensure your product gets back to BrakeBleeder.com safely and quickly. Your credit card will be credited for the full price of the product, minus any shipping costs (if applicable).

In all cases listed above, you are responsible for verifying and complying with proper shipment requirements of the carrier.

Phoenix Systems, LLC offers a limited warranty for products purchased directly from Phoenix Systems, LLC or its authorized retailers. Our products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects from 30 days and up to 2 years (depending on product) from the date of purchase or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less. Unfortunately, we cannot warrant the quality of products handled by distributors outside of our carefully selected network of partners, so our warranty only applies to purchases made directly through Phoenix Systems, LLC or an authorized retailer.
